This happened a while ago - for the feast of the Immaculate Conception - but at the EF of the Mass that I attended, they sang the Anima Christi for communion. Now, I was well aware of this hymn because it is included in the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, my confirmation saint, but this was the first time I had heard it sung, and not only that, but sung in an appropriate context. The words are beautiful on their own, but receiving communion while hearing "Corpus Christi, salva me", it really helps devotion to the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and I think aids a better reception of Communion and better prayer afterwards.
